SUBJECT:       Vixen Web and Angle Kit

TO:                  All Vixen Builders

FROM:            SkyStar Aircraft, Engineering Division

The purpose of this service bulletin is to require of all Vixen builders the completion of additional construction steps to insure that their aircraft has the capability of meeting all design criteria.  All materials necessary for these steps and complete instructions are provided.

Upon completion of the steps in this bulletin, make an entry in the airframe logbook noting the number of the service bulletin, the date of completion, and the signature of the person or agent performing the work.

The airframe requires two modifications: 

1.   Installation of a wooden web to support the fuselage tubing above the lower lift strut attach weldment.

2.   Installation of a steel head rack carry through angle (skylight rib support).  If the originally supplied aluminum angle has already been installed, it must be removed and replaced with the steel angle.
