OKLAHOMA
/ KITFOX
The first flight of
N619RM, a model 7 Kitfox took place on Jan. 22 2006
after 3 years and 5 months of off and on building. It
was truly a labor of love. From the first flight to the
present it has been everything I expected and more. With
a Rotax 912uls 100 horse engine and basic VFR panel the
plane gets airborne in less than 300ft and climbs
effortlessly at over 1000 ft per minute. It is truly a
blast to fly. The plane is named for my late mother who
made it all possible. And a special thanks to Mr. Gary
Randall who if not for his generosity the plane would
have never been finished.
